Shipping and Returns

Please allow 2-5 business days for in-stock items to ship, unless otherwise noted in the item description.  Some canvases are made to order, and the processing time will be stated in the description.  All items are shipped USPS Priority mail. 

At this time I am not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind.  Please note all canvases are hand painted; slight variation between canvases may be possible.  Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied.  

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing me at poppysneedlepointdesigns@gmail.com.
